Email Letter

Below are instructions and a link to a Word document that contains the template for an email message you can send out to potential sponsors.

1. Highlight, copy, and paste the information in the box below into the body of an email to your family and friends.

2. Replace [Student Name] with your own child/children’s name(s) in the first line of the letter.

3. Send the email to potential sponsors and then after hitting send, go into your sent email folder and print off a copy.

4. Place all the sent email confirmations inside the white packet and return the packet to the designated collection bin in your youngest child’s classroom.
